Terms & Conditions — cbr250 Platform Agreement

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Platform" means the cbr250 website accessible at cbr250.vip and all associated sub-pages, products, services, applications, and content made available by cbr250.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the cbr250 Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the cbr250 Platform and is using its services.
• "Real-Money Gaming" means any game, bet, or wager placed using real currency funds held in the Player's cbr250 wallet balance.
• "Wallet Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and credited bonus funds held in a Player's cbr250 Account at any given time.

• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or omission described as prohibited under Section 7 of this Agreement.

2.1 Age Requirement

The cbr250 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. cbr250 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be under 18 years of age. Any funds deposited by a Player subsequently found to be underage will be returned to the originating payment source after deduction of any withdrawal processing fees incurred.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the cbr250 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. cbr250 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds held within them, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the point of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered to a payment method you intend to use on the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. cbr250 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

cbr250 targets the Bangladesh market and is accessible to players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the cbr250 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. cbr250 makes no representation that its services are legal in jurisdictions outside its target market. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and in violation of this Agreement.

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbr250 Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. cbr250 will never ask you for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify cbr250 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to use the cbr250 Platform only from personal devices that you own or control, and to log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. cbr250 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials or device access.

3.3 Non-Transferability

Your cbr250 Account is personal to you and is strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your Account or any balance held within it. Any attempt to transfer an Account or its associated funds to another individual constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Responsibility for Actions on Account

You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your cbr250 Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. cbr250 is entitled to treat all instructions received through your Account as having been given by you unless you have previously notified cbr250 of an unauthorised access event in accordance with Section 3.1.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.1 General Bonus Terms

cbr250 may from time to time offer Players promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, deposit match offers, or other incentive schemes ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between the specific Promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that Promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific Promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's cbr250 Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds (for sports bets), and time limits will be clearly stated in the Promotion terms. Wagering on games or markets excluded from Promotion eligibility will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cbr250 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Funds — and to close the associated Account — where it reasonably determines that a Player has abused any Promotion. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using staking patterns that exploit Promotion mechanics without genuine wagering intent, and providing false information to qualify for a Promotion.

5.4 Withdrawal of Deposit Before Wagering Completion

If a Player requests a withdrawal of their deposited real-money funds before completing the applicable wagering requirements on associated Bonus Funds, cbr250 reserves the right to remove the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them from the Player's wallet prior to processing the withdrawal.

6.1 Game Outcomes

6.4 Player Disconnection

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cbr250 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all wallet balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.

• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or bugs — including knowingly playing on a game that is visibly malfunctioning — for financial gain.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit cbr250's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

cbr250 collects and processes personal data from Players in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and Platform operation. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the cbr250 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at cbr250.vip/privacy-policy.

By registering an Account with cbr250, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. cbr250 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is limited to what is necessary to process your transactions and is subject to those providers' own data protection policies.

cbr250 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cbr250 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered to the affected Account, providing at least 14 days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the cbr250 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure prior to the effective date.

The version of this Agreement in effect at the time of any dispute between a Player and cbr250 shall be the version applicable to the resolution of that dispute, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions.

13.1 Termination by cbr250

cbr250 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud or money laundering; receipt of a chargeback from the Player's payment provider; failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe; or determination that the Player is located in a restricted jurisdiction. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of this Agreement, any verified, withdrawable real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

13.2 Termination by the Player

Players may request closure of their cbr250 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to Account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

This Agreement and all matters relating to your use of the cbr250 Platform shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable principles of international online gaming law and the general principles of fair dealing. The English language version of this Agreement is the governing version; any translations provided for convenience are not legally binding.
